This is an exciting part of the year for me for many reasons. One such reason is because of the highly-anticipated movies that come out during the holidays. There is also the sign that movie awards season is right around the corner! The Oscars have always been a favorite event for me. There is always the participation as to which performances will be recognized. Unfortunately, there is also anger and disappointment among the excitement. Why? Because almost every year there are also performances that should have been nominated but were not. I, myself, can think of a good amount of acting roles that I feel should have been up for the gold. Here are lists of the top forty performances, ten for each category, that I still feel should have been recognized for being brilliant and/or entertaining.
